The hotel was conveniently located near the high-speed train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the buffet dinner offered an extensive seafood section, which was a delightful treat.
One drawback was the language barrier, as English was a challenge for the staff. Communication could be frustrating at times.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Hangzhou and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful West Lake, just a short walk or subway ride away. the hotel staff were friendly and efficient, quickly resolving any issues we had, such as changing our room to a non-smoking one. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a variety of amenities. the breakfast options were impressive, catering to different tastes with a mix of Chinese, Japanese, and Western dishes.
The gym facilities could use some improvement, as the treadmills were lacking entertainment options like TV.

Great Easter stay! Super comfy rooms with great city views and plenty of space. Convenient location with easy access to public transportation and a variety of nearby restaurants. Loved the delicious breakfast buffet with both Western and Chinese options. the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, even with the language barrier.
The hotel decor was a bit outdated and some areas could use a deep cleaning. It was also noisy at times, especially in the morning when other guests were walking up and down the hallways.
